With over 15 years of experience in the legal translations industry, Sam has managed foreign language projects for the world’s largest corporations and law firms. His focus and exposure to the legal and IP space prompted him to file his own intellectual property including patents, trademarks, and copyrights worldwide. He served as an expert witness in translation quality procedures before the Supreme Court on one of the largest litigation cases in US history.
Hernandez has spearheaded projects for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) becoming one of the first external language vendors to the UN agency. With extensive knowledge of the translations requirements of the foreign filing process, he assists corporations, universities, and law firms to streamline the translations process and reduce costs.
