Fred Rein is a New York and California lawyer, a U.S. registered patent attorney, and a student of Near Eastern languages and civilizations.
After earning degrees in science, the humanities, and law, he advanced from a federal clerkship in Los Angeles to law firm partnerships in Manhattan.
