As a Partner in Hinckley Allen's Litigation Group, Laurel’s practice is focused on intellectual property litigation. Her experience includes representing clients in disputes involving trademarks, copyright, patents, trade secrets, and unfair competition, as well as a wide range of commercial disputes, including partnership and contract disputes, business torts, cybersecurity and data privacy disputes, and product liability and premises litigation. Laurel is experienced in all phases of litigation, including trial and appeal, and has handled several appeals before the Federal Circuit. Before joining Hinckley Allen, Laurel worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Mae A. D’Agostino, U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York in Albany.
