The §112 Subcommittee is dedicated to various projects concerning §112. Our ongoing projects include monitoring and writing about Federal Circuit and PTAB decisions with interesting §112 issues, participating in USPTO §112 studies, preparing educational materials, and arranging speakers on §112 topics for future AIPLA events.
