Folashade is a registered Patent Attorney with a State Bar license in the District of Columbia. She has experience drafting applications for software parents, as well as preparing license agreements. She was selected as a pupil for the Pauline Newman IP American Inn of Court (2020/21 cohort), where she attends monthly meetings, receives mentorship from experienced patent attorneys, and presented a simulated argument on the seminal copyright case pending before the U.S. Supreme Court (Google v. Oracle).
