The Personal & Professional Development Subcommittee supports women in IP at every stage of their career. Its programs foster growth, mentorship, and connection—from quarterly Women in IP Huddles to the Working Moms Group, the Women Innovators Award, and the Women to Watch Program. This subcommittee also manages initiatives like the Speaker Bank, the TSC Liaison Program, and the Second Spring (Menopause) Initiative. Together, these programs offer a mix of professional development, advocacy, and community support.
