→ Retention and Advancement Subcommittee

Chair: Kristen Pursley (The Dobrusin Law Firm PC)
Mission: Retain women in the field of IP over time (plug the leaky pipeline) and pave ways for women to advance their careers and increase compensation

→ Outreach Subcommittee

Chair: Angela Sujek (Miller Johnson)
Mission: Provide an opportune and efficient means for women to build camaraderie with other women practicing IP at local and global levels.
Programs:

Chair: Hetal Kushwaha (Hetal Kushwaha Business Development Services)
Mission: Provide opportunities and activities for women in IP to grow personally and professionally.

Mission: Keep the committee members informed of all the exciting work all the other subcommittees do.

→ International Subcommittee

Co-Chairs: Lucy Samuels (Gill Jennings & Every) & Sidsel Hauge (AWA)
Mission: Provide educational, networking and connection opportunities with an international focus, a stronger voice and greater visibility within the committee and AIPLA generally for international women members.
Activities:

    • Annual Meeting Breakfast (International Content)

    • Liaison work with AIPLA international committees

    • Participation in international trips and events

→ Leaders and Succession Subcommittee

Co-Chairs: Stephanie Bald and Kelu Sullivan (Kelly IP)
Mission: Support women in leadership, create networking and training opportunities for future leaders, aid in succession planning, and analyze leadership trends within AIPLA.
